Registration
 The 1st Asia-Pacific Transport Working Group international conference will be held at National Institute for Fusion Science in Toki from Tuesday, June 14 - Friday, June 17, 2011.

 There will be a registration/activity fee to cover meeting costs and refreshments and the conference dinner. We encourage colleagues interested in participating in this workshop to register as soon as possible and to follow the instructions given for the payment of registration fees.

Registration Fees
12,000 JPY for regular participants
6,000 JPY for students
6,000 JPY for accompanying persons

Tuesday, June 14, 9:00 - 9:30 am

METHODS OF REGISTRATION PAYMENT
 Either Cash (JPY, on-site only) or Credit Cards (On-line) is accepted.
 In either case, please submit your information through the web link, "Registration form". On the page that the link represents, please select a method of payment (cash or credit cards) and follow the instructions.

Registration Cancellation/Refunds
 If you want to cancel the registration, please inform us no later than Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Registration fee paid by a credit card in advance will be refunded if you inform your cancellation by this date. In this case, the necessary cost for the refund is subtracted.
