Abstract:

At the conclusion of the Supporting Collaboration Research on "Development of High Performance Detectors in the Far Infrared Range" Carried out from FY 1990 to FY1992, the results of developing Schottky barrier diode and its application to plasma diagnostics are summarized. Some remarks as well as technical know-how for the correct use of diodes are also described.
