In the ITC/ISHW2007 approximately 230 presentations are provided for participants
with many new and excellent results. It is very important to send a message
obtained in the conference not only for the present participants but also
for those who do not participate in this conference and related other communities.
For this reason the International Program Committee (IPC) strongly recommends
an extended version of your proceeding is submitted to Plasma and Fusion Research (PFR) as a regular publication.

The PFR is now planning to publish a cluster of plenary, tutorial, invited and contributed papers through regular journal review process. The paper accepted for publication is issued as the regular articles in the PFR journal (NOT the special issue). You are invited to submit full-length manuscript(s) to PFR for publication of your result. Normal editorial standards are applied in the reviewing process on these papers. There is no page limit for publications. Deadline of the manuscript submission is

A book as a collection of papers published in the PFR will be arranged
and distributed to authors free of charge.

- Please submit the manuscript through the submission entry below (NOT thorough
PFR’s page!).
- Publication fee is not included in the conference fee. Each author has
to pay his/her publication charge, and also reprint charge, if necessary
