Abstract:
Joint meeting on the NIFS co-ordinated research "Plasma-Divertor Interactions" and Fundamentals of Boundary Plasma-Wall Interaction was held at NIFS on January 6-7, 1995 in co-operation with the Specialists Committie "Physics of Divertor Plasma" in the Japan Society of Plasma Science and Nuclear Fusion Research. This meeting covers various topics on plasma physics and material science related to suppression of the material erosion and control of hydrogen recycling in the plasma-material interactions. The critical issues and trends of future research were also discussed. This report presents such activities in the NIFS joing meeting.
