A joint workshop of NIFS cooperative programs (NIFS06KLDD006, NIFS06KDAD006、 NIFS06KLHH004 and NIFS06KLHH303) for MHD theory and related topics was held from 14 September to 15 September in 2006 at National Institute of Fusion Science. The papers discussed in the workshop are collected here.
