Registration
The registration fee is 10,000 JPY (7,500 JPY for a student)
The registration fee covers:
- Access to all sessions of the scientific program
- Conference materials
- Operation cost of the video conference system
Payment
Participants should register your information and pay the registration fee by October 2, 2020. A receipt will be emailed to you after confirmation.
Restricted access to the on-site venue (Important)
The guidelines of Toki City, which owns the venue, must be followed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. As a result, there will be on-site admission restrictions and behavioral restrictions. If you plan to attend on-site, please read the guidelines below. Also, only those who have registered will have access to the onsite venue.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of the registration fees will be made only if written notification of cancellation reach the Conference Secretariat (
) within October 23, 2020.
