受賞Florent Cassouret 特任助教、平等 拓範 特任教授がLTB-3D 2026 Best Presentation Awardを受賞
Florent Cassouret 特任助教、平等 拓範 特任教授は、Room temperature bonding of Cr:LiSAF and sapphire:interface analysis and thermal propertiesに関する研究に対して、LTB-3D 2026よりBest Presentation Awardを受賞しました。本賞は、低温接合や三次元集積技術に関する優れた研究発表を行なった登壇者に対して贈られるもので、金沢市文化ホール（2026年05月15日（金））で授賞式が行われました。
